The Journey Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 or $800 if paid by September 1, 2025 is required to secure your spot at the retreat. - The remaining balance must be paid in full by March 11th, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in loss of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. - All payments must be made via booking website.
2. What’s Included
- The retreat fee covers room accommodation for 7 days & 6 nights, meals as specified in the itinerary, workshops,ceremonies, massages, group activities and airport transfers.
3. What's NOT included:
- Airfare and travel insurance are NOT included in the retreat fee.** Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own flight into the country of the retreat location. - Extra Excursions, Extra Spa Services, Extra Gratuity/Tipping, Outside food or any purchases.
4. Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is highly recommended** to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, travel delays, or cancellations. The retreat host is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel disruptions or emergencies.
- **Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.**
- If you cancel your participation:
- Cancellations made before December 31, 2025 & will receive a 75% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made after December 31, 2025 will not be eligible for any refund.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written approval from the retreat host.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@journeyfitnessgroup.com.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
6. Retreat Cancellation by Host:
- The retreat host reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond their control.
- In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the host, all payments received will be refunded in full, **excluding any costs related to airfare or travel arrangements, which are the sole responsibility of the participant**.
- The retreat host is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the retreat (e.g., non-refundable airfare, travel insurance, equipment, etc.).
- By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, and outdoor activities.
- You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the retreat host, facilitators, and venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in the retreat.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:
- You are responsible for informing the retreat host of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat.
- You certify that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in all retreat activities.
- The retreat host reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behavior may pose a risk to themselves or others.
8. Health & Medical Conditions:
- Participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy at all times.
- The retreat host reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate.

- By participating, you consent to the use of photographs and video taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, unless you notify the host in writing prior to the retreat.

- By submitting your registration and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
